Evolving business needs, and an internal promotion means we’re now looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team, working closely with the Business Manager and Project Directors to establish and take ownership in this business critical role! Working closely with the Business Manager and Project Directors, the Business Support – EA has overall responsibility for the day to day operation of the Wellington office.  This role works closely with the Branch Administrator ensuring that all admin functions work seamlessly in the business.

This is a busy role based in our modern, open plan Wellington office, which is located centrally in the Spark building on Willis Street.

This is a really autonomous role with plenty of challenges – you’ll be the sort of person who loves to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in! We have an open and really inclusive team environment. This position forms part of our national admin team, meaning you’ll be supported by a fantastic group of admin professionals across the country.

No two days are the same in this business, so you’ll thrive in a position where you have lots of variety. This will include supporting the Branch Manager and team with reporting, proposals, CRM management, preparation of monthly Management/Board reports, IT troubleshooting, invoicing processes, HR support, event management and networking, and many other key tasks that keep our senior team functioning at full speed.


A strong communicator and capable senior Administrator or EA, you’ll work best in an environment where you have the opportunity to partner with our team and other key stakeholders.

You’ll be:

  • a confident and advanced user of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel
  • experienced in providing support to multiple people in a busy environment
  • IT savvy, a capable trouble-shooter
  • highly organised and proactive, able to show strong initiative
  • comfortable preparing management /board reports
  • a down to earth individual with a common sense, solutions focused approach
  • keen to actively participate in our social committee, as well as external networking

This is a busy role where you’ll work autonomously to manage your own workload and juggle competing priorities. You’ll be motivated to add value and help continue to drive the business forward.
