TBIG has a talented team of 75+ staff in eight offices across New Zealand. With a diverse range of clients, we oversee a range of engaging and challenging projects where we really add value. Consistent growth means we are now looking for a part time Branch Administrator to provide wide ranging admin support to our team.

Our projects are interesting, we value our people, and we offer great career opportunities for motivated and dedicated staff.

This is a varied part-time role where you’ll be happy to “roll up your sleeves” and take on any number of admin tasks to support our team.

We’re looking for someone who can work 18 hours a week across Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with flexibility on start and finish times. This position will also provide cover for other staff during periods of leave from time to time.

A typical day will be quite varied and likely include reception cover, formatting documents, IT troubleshooting, in-house health and safety, team travel coordination, some accounts support, meeting room management, records management, project admin support, and many other key tasks that keep our team functioning at full speed.

We have an open, fun and really inclusive team environment and we’re looking for a like-minded person to join us.

A strong communicator and capable team Administrator, you’ll be happiest working in a friendly environment where what you do really makes a difference. A genuine “supporter”, you’ll be motivated by how you can contribute to the team’s success.

You’ll be:

  • a confident user of the MS Office suite
  • able to demonstrate good typing speed and accuracy
  • experienced in providing support to multiple people in a busy environment
  • IT savvy – a capable trouble-shooter
  • proactive, and able to show strong initiative
  • a down to earth individual with a common sense, solutions focused approach

This is a busy role where you’ll juggle competing priorities. You’ll be motivated to add value and help continue to drive the business forward

We’re a dynamic team of professionals who love what we do! A 100% NZ owned business, we’re proud of the collaborative and supportive people culture we’ve developed in line with our values. We provide lots of personal and professional growth opportunities, encouraging our people to be well rounded both in and out of the office. You’ll find we also enjoy a good laugh, and have a friendly and down to earth working environment.
