We congratulate Tracey Ryan on being promoted to Project Director, recognising the great contribution she has made to our Auckland team since joining The Building Intelligence Group in early 2017.
Tracey exudes our company values, showing a passion for leading and developing people. She is a major influencer across our teams, leading by example through her ownership of project outcomes and the way she elevates client and stakeholder relationships to the highest level.
David Carpenter appointed as Project Director in Christchurch.
We are pleased to bring Project Director David Carpenter’s senior experience and leadership into our Christchurch team.
We are excited to introduce David Carpenter to our Christchurch and South Island clients. David has successfully led a number of high profile portfolios of work for Councils, Government, airport, corrections, commercial and retail clients, giving him a very strong awareness of challenges and opportunities in these sectors. Most recently he led the capital programme of works for Dunedin City Council.
David’s career spans some 15 years’ experience, working in the UK, East Africa and New Zealand. More recently, David held a senior role at Beca for four years and brings extensive technical planning and programming knowledge to our team. We anticipate David will have a strong presence in our Christchurch office, adding to the depth of our project director base.
