Transitioning to the new standard wasn’t an isolated decision for our business. We see it as central to our whole of business approach where we will continue to invest in our people, our systems and our capacity to deliver as a national business.
Robust and measurable quality assurance is just one of the many initiatives we have drawn a line under. We have a whole of project life Health Check initiative that monitors and drives accountability for performance across a project.
